Enjoyable vacations
The apartment is located inside a compound. It felt quite safe and secure. There are restaurants and shops close by and the beaches are a short walk away as well. The apartment is well maintained and covers basic necessities. All rooms have an AC and the wifi covers the whole apartment. The staff is friendly, helpful and even available in case of issues or problems.
The parking garage is not clearly marked, although the staff provided pictures and even videos, a numbering would improve a lot. Same for the aprtment, once you go into the complex it, there are no numbering or indication which apartment to go into.

disaster - filthy and worn out apartment - no value for your money
We made the reservation via Booking.com as the apartment has an excellent 8,8 rating. The price of 1001 € for 6 nights with no additional services seemed reasonable. What a mistake! The page shows lovely pictures with professional house staging, the reality is the exact opposite. Old worn out fitout and equipment, dirty and dusty couch, pillows and covers…filthy and uncleaned bathroom after previous guests. The whole apartment and wardrobes smells of old age and moisture - probably because of insufficient ventilation. This is something what the “picture experience” won’t tell you. It was definitely not a place for a family vacation with kids and I’m really amazed how such the positive rating was reached. We moved out immediately without unpacking our luggage, went to the local managing agency to claim the place and found the hotel in nearby city of Lido di Camaiore. As the reservation policy is “no money return 7 days prior to arrival” the local agency couldn’t do anything for us and we lost all the money paid for the apartment we didn’t use. Once you make such an order for 8,8 rated place via Booking.com you hope the place is OK, but what can you do when the place doesn’t meet the expectations? Be aware!

Very good location. Private territory. Many nice places to eat. Close to the sea incl free beach
Location. Close to the beach and good selection of lovely restaurants just 5 minutes walk from the flat. Free parking at the closed territory just under the windows. Good size of the flat.
No lift. For people with small children or elderly people can be challenging. For those who do not sleep weel( not deep enought) rather noisy due to very high acoustic I guess. You can hear people upstairs or going down the stairs. Parking cars are also make some noise at night.
