We took a short weekend trip. Host was very accommodating and was righ on call if we needed him. He was so sweet.
The location is close to everything. It also has a small pool in the back and the outdoor kitchen with a stove was awesome.

Old, smelly apartment,advertised as the one with a swimming pool which wasn’t available for all,generally it’s a house with many apartments.Avoid it,massive problems with parking lots.A/C with fixed 24 degree temperature with no changing option(missing remote control). It was a mistake to choose this offer.Owner didn’t know any single word in English…except OK.Location-loudly street,with idiots running loud motorcycles.Oh,the best for the end-you have to bring your own sheets and towels…🤦‍♂️we will never come back there!

Superb
Garden and lounge area was lovely. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ was a pleasant addition. Rooms were spacious. We were a group of 9, spread across 2 apartments, with exclusive use of garden area, BBQ and small pool. Many bicycles available to take out for free. Well maintained. Despite some communication issues and mistranslationd, Guanluca was a good host. Happy and understanding.

Meravigliose vacanze natalizie con fuochi d'artificio stupendi la notte di Capodanno proprio davanti
Tutto, eccezionale, 3 arie, 2 balconi e una grandissima terrazza ad angolo, tutti con forti luci notturne, il tavolo ed il lavello esterni, lo sdraio ed il lettino in terrazza, le sedie sui balconi. Gli arredi interni, le scale comode ed elegantemente illuminate, il giardino. La luminosità, la posizione a 2 passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, autobus comodo nella via adiacente. La disponibilità e la cordialità del proprietario.

Ruim appartement met drie terrassen dichtbij het strand en de stad
De locatie is top, vlakbij het strand en ook vlakbij het centrum. Toch is het er erg rustig. Gianluca is een goede gastheer. Hij heeft ons alles uitgelegd en ook enkele tips voor lokale restaurants gegeven. We mochten ook de twee fietsen gebruiken die beneden in de tuin staan. Het is een ruim appartement met drie terrassen. Dus altijd wel een plekje in de zon of schaduw te vinden.
De keuken is volledig uitgerust (inclusief wijnglazen nu). Maar als je van plan bent om er te koken, moet je wel alle ingrediënten meebrengen of gaan kopen. Er is geen olie, peper of zout. Noch capsules voor de vaatwasser. We zijn dus altijd op restaurant geweest :-)
