About this house rental
This stunning property is currently listed for sale as well as for rent! For inquiries on purchasing, please contact the listing agent through your preferred real estate website. Paradise awaits at our beautifully renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath family-friendly house! Spacious enough for a group of 12, this 1/2 duplex sits directly on the quiet, uncrowded beach of Fort Morgan. Literally step off the deck onto the beach. This home is a true coastal retreat that exudes tranquility with its subdued, soothing colors and decor!
Watch dolphins, listen to music or read a book while enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail from one of the two large, furnished covered decks. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone.
Enjoy the clean, appealing, homelike decor, spacious open concept area, with comfortable seating, a 65” TV and a dining area that seats 10 comfortably! The kitchen breakfast bar sits an additional 5 guests. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need: abundance of dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and regular), free-standing ice maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range, plates and many small appliances not normally found in rental properties! A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Provided: Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and water toys. For our smallest house guests, we provide a high chair, pack-and-play, safety gate and baby monitor.
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
1 - king size bed in master suite (sleeps 2) with direct access to upper deck and private en suite bath
1 - queen size bedroom (sleeps 2) with direct access to upper deck
1 - queen size bedroom (sleeps 2)
1 - child's room with 2 sets of bunk beds (beds will not accommodate adults or older teens) and one twin trundle (sleeps 5)
Also available is a pull out sleeper sofa in the family room and a pack-n-play for infants/toddlers.

Relaxing time at the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The beachfront location was fantastic — we highly recommend renting the cabanas for an even more relaxing experience. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One highlight was the outdoor shower, which had warm water and made rinsing off after the beach a breeze. The host was communicative, responsive, and made the whole process smooth. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, perfect for family time especially with little ones. House well equipped for the babies and any cooking you may wish to do. Ice machine was super convenient and a nice addition to the kitchen. Only thing I would say bring extra of is sunscreen:)

This is an amazing place to stay! Its literally on the beach! The house is beautiful and the location is just perfect!! Its great for all ages!
