About this villa rental
Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 20 € / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra).
Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.
The Space:
Lovely and well maintained holiday home with private pool in a very quiet residential area.
There are several different terraces and a beautiful roof terrace with stunning views. Directly by the pool there is a covered barbecue place.
All rooms are at ground level. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite).
No english television available. Internet on request possible.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet residencial area with international neighborhood.
Getting Around:
The nearest sandy beach in Moraira is approximately 4 km away.
Restaurants and supermarket are about 1.5 - 2 km away.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday (its to request for other days in the low season).

Eine schöne Villa in guter Lage in einem ruhigen "Wohngebiet" nur mit anderen Villen die bewohnt oder vermietet werden. Also keine hohen Häuser, Hotels, Lärm oder kein störender Verkehr.
Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern und der Pool ist groß.
Leider ist das Haus sozusagen "in die Jahre gekommen". Das ist nicht böse gemeint, aber...ich nenne es mal ... Es fehlt etwas an Liebe! ;-) Die Türen quietschen, Ventilator im Schlafzimmer rappelt, die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen... Insgesamt mindert es aber NICHT die Urlaubsfreude :-)
Der Kontakt zur Buchungsagentur war sehr freundlich.
Wenn weiter an dem Haus modernisiert wird kann ich es auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

El alojamiento en general muy bien. La casa tiene de todo. La piscina es grande y profunda. Tiene una zona al aire libre con barbacoa muy comoda al lado de la piscina. En general la casa se merece un notable.
Lo unico negativo fueron las sabanas, con manchas. Y el lavavajillas que no funcionaba y no lo solucionaron. La comunicacion con la cuidadora de la casa, nula.
