Beautiful views of the river as you enter this 5 bedroom waterfront home. Imagine watching boats from the screened-in porch or your own dock. Or go for a swim or kayak ride. Dividing Creek is a beautiful river, so much so that you will typically see a boat or two that anchor overnight. This three level home has a light-filled and open floor plan, which has been recently updated for a clean and modern feel. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including one king, 2 queens, 2 sets of twins and a sleeper sofa. There is a large flat yard, perfect for family games, with beautiful landscaping. It is a 10 minute car ride to downtown Annapolis. Perfect for family retreats with multiple areas to gather including an upper and lower porch, a spacious basement for the kids with queen sofa bded, and a large living room. This is our 7th stay at this beautiful waterfront home with my college friends group, that's how much we love it and our gracious host Jean! Check in and check out are easy, the kitchen is well-equipped, with recent updates of a water and ice dispensing refrigerator and Keurig machine. We love the new dock that was put in last year and having a bench up closer to the house when we don't want to walk down to the dock to enjoy the water. There is plenty of room inside and out for up to a group or family of 12 to enjoy! The beds are comfortable and plenty of bathrooms to use! We never have a chance to use them, but there are kayaks to use on the water and games to play in the family room in the basement. It's also close to Annapolis for those who want to go sightseeing or attend an event at USNA. Thank you, Jean, for another amazing visit to your home!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous waterfront home! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean with plenty of room. The views are absolutely unbelievable and made our trip even more special.Our group of 5 friends celebrating our 60th birthdays here, and couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. We spent days kayaking/canoeing, shopping or relaxing on the porch.We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in Manhattan Beach several times and the house is by far our favorite! The two porches were one of our favorite features. The screened porch off the main level was roomy and we ate every meal there. The 2nd floor porch was a perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee and for those of us who had to work. You can’t beat the view from either porch, especially the sunrises. The house is very well equipped. We used the kayaks, canoes, and floats every day and appreciated the huge umbrella on the dock. The kitchen had every plate, dish, appliance and utensil we could have needed! There were also lots of lawn games and board games which would have been perfect for a rainy day...but we thankfully never had one!Even though it was less than an hour from our Baltimore home, it was the perfect get-away!
