Every guest has rated us with 5-star reviews! Amazing lakefront condo with stunning views! King-size Master + Queen-size Guest. Highly desirable 2nd floor unit next to the babbling brook surrounded by trees which filter the sunlight in a beautiful way for wonderful afternoons relaxing on the loungers on the screened patio listening to the sounds of the babbling brook.
From your private screened veranda, you can view both the babbling brook and the lake!
Watch the turtles, ducks and swans from the comfort of your private outdoor space.
You can walk around the entire lake on the boardwalk to admire the full length of the babbling creek and the gushing waterfall.
Fishing is permitted. Grill dinner on one of the many community gas grills.
Lots of natural light enters the condo.
Everything about this home is luxurious.

The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And we have a brand new hot tub!
A great vacation that is minutes from all of the metro area's greatest attractions. Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, plus many more. Both Starbucks and Barnes / Nobles is a quick walk away! Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour).
In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count.
Please let us know the specific ages of children under 18 years of age. Not suitable for toddlers age 9 months to 4 years

This condo is spotlessly clean and is stocked with everything one could need or want. The screened-in patio is definitely a highlight. The little creek outside the screened-in patio is lovely, and being able to walk the paved path around the small lake is a bonus (just have to avoid a fair amount of goose poop). The owner is very attentive and responsive, and the area is very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which we often had all to ourselves. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short drive or walk. We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was clean, the kitchen was equipped with supplies and always love having a washer and dryer! Our host was Excellent, everything was perfect didn’t need to contact her! She did reach out to us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok! Nice love that! The pool was also perfect and the people very friendly! We will definitely be back are son lives in the area! Very Convenient for us!

Really enjoyed the peaceful setting with the wind in the willows and the babbling brook. Lovely comfortable home. Parking is right where the stairs to the unit are.
