Very nice, much quieter than last year when we were next the pool. Filters needed to be changed, but other than that, the place was clean.

My family has been staying in the Dunes Community since my son was in 2nd grade (he is now almost 26 years old). We enjoy the community, the lodging, and the beach. Dolphy Dunes is one of our favorite places to stay as it is just the right amount of space for our family. Sunset Properties (Becky) is considered a true friend of the family and is wonderful to work with every year. Loved our stay!

This rental did not look as if it had been cleaned, at all. Bathrooms were satisfactory. Beds had been clean linens available, and towels were clean, BUT, Dust was thick on main TV, and entire TV Stand. Floors under bed in bunk room had used tissues piled under the beds. (We did not touch them). Found half eaten brownie (hard as a rock) btw. table and left end of couch.Dining table was sticky, as were countertops.The washer has major problems. When becoming off balance, it sounded as if all of the gears were stripping out, and I am surprised the tile floor is not badly cracked. It was horrible.
