RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG
• Dog must be 9 months or older
• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the condo
• Dog must weigh 35 lbs or less; contact us if over limit
• Guests must clean up after their dog
• No excessive barking
Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction of you or your dog with no refund. If you prefer to board your pet, we recommend SeaPaws Dog Resort in Gulf Shores.

This property is as described. Cute duplex, located near the Fort Morgan Marina. Easy access to beach and a short walk to the pool. The decks were my favorite part being able to sit outside smell the ocean air while drinking my coffee! It was clean & had everything needed for a short stay! The master bedroom shower is amazing!!!

Had a wonderful experience. Lots of stairs, not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Also might want to reset the nails on the deck as a few have worked loose and are sticking up

Immediately upon arrival we noticed the stairs were in disrepair and hauling luggage/groceries was a struggle. I called to report and they were very nice but didn't come to repair them until Thursday! We had very small children and an infant so this was a danger. The repair/carpenter was awesome, super nice and did a superb job, but just late! The carpenter said the deck really needed replacing as well. We sat on it every day! There was a cabinet held closed by a spoon in the handle - in the kitchen! Lots of places needed painting, repairing inside. Just old and dated. The hose outside was cracked and bent, hard to use like that. The neighborhood was great, the proximity to the pool and beach were terrific!
