The resort is a campus style property. The units are separate from the welcome center and require you to walk or drive to the pool and lodge area.
- All rooms require entry by going up stairs.
- All Guest Suites along with the pool area are Non-Smoking.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
Check in time will be at 4pm, check out time will be at 10am. All other arrangements to check in early or late check out, must be arranged with the resort directly, after we have confirmed your room.
When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit.
ADDITIONAL FEE S DUE AT CHECK IN: $26 per day resort fee.
Resort Fee Includes: Outdoor pool, indoor pool and waterpark, activity center, fitness center, lakeside lodge, paddle boats, fishing, nature trails, beach parking, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, playground, croquet, beach volleyball, and picnic areas.
A $100 refundable authorization is due at check in to cover incidentals, it will be released at check out.

Overall our stay was nice. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for a couple days due to maintenance issues as that was our main reason for choosing that location. The bed was comfortable. After only a couple minutes of walking in the room the bottoms of our socks were black.

I enjoyed my stay. The beds were very comfortable and clean, which is the most important part for me. I wish there was a restaurant/bar on property. The beach access included parking which was amazing. My service dog was treated with care. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip.

Overall nice Resort. Check in process was easy and quick. Didn't have any maintenance issues so didn't communicate with property manager. Villa was clean for the most part, however there was a bad smell in the unit. Also stains in carpet, had to also flip couch cushions over due to stains. Villas are as pictured but ofcourse over time we can't really expect for them to look brand new. One bedroom had 2 bathrooms so that was a plus, beds were comfortable and the screened in porch and extra deck was a plus. If you get a a top floor unit be prepared to climb a huge flight of stairs, I thought I was lucky getting a bottom unit, but boy was I wrong. The floor insulation is so thin you can hear everything going on in the unit above you, there was a family with children above us so didn't get no peace. Unit had just enough. If you are traveling with a big family bring extra pots not many to cook with. Also kitchen knives were very full. Resort has many activities, also a plus is the day of checkout, they still allow access to the resort pools and activity. The area was nice. WalMart located right behind resort with lots of other shopping choices. Tons of restaurants and more activities to do as well. Overall wasn't a bad get away, but wasn't the best Either. A little deep cleaning and better
