The place was cute, but it definitely needs some improvements. The bathroom and toilet doors were extremely frustrating to use, especially the toilet door—it was almost impossible to slide without a struggle. The kitchen knives were so dull I couldn’t even slice raw chicken. The WiFi was basically non-existent; it worked for a few minutes when we arrived and then wouldn’t connect, or the quality was so low it was unusable. The unit was pretty clean on arrival, but when we moved the furniture to pull out the couch bed, there were several carpet stains—not a major issue, but noticeable. We tried to vacuum before leaving, but the vacuum barely worked. The most frustrating problem was the breaker for the kitchen and living room tripping four times during our stay. We had nothing extra plugged in, but using the coffee pot or toaster and the microwave while the TV was on caused issues, so we had to limit what we used at one time. There were plenty of blankets and pillows, which was nice. However, a large metal pot we wanted to use was rusted on the bottom. The unit did have plenty of soaps—dish, dishwasher, laundry, hand, and shower. Overall, while there were many good things about the property, the number of problems we encountered means we probably wouldn’t stay again and would instead book directly through Embarcadero. We stay there often and have never had complaints, so it was disappointing not to have the experience we’re used to.

Not so much.... the building is around 50 years old and the foundation piers have settled some. I saw cracks in the drywall and repairs that had half heartedly been done. The wood stove smokes if you leave the door cracked and the damper doesn't open far enough to start a fire quickly.The kitchen was not equipped well and there is rust on the surface of the "stainless" refrigerator.The property is inexpensive but needs an upgrade/remodel.

I will say the view is beautiful. But here we go again with the pocket door for the bathroom, just get a contractor to fix it. We weren’t sure if the place was clean because it so out dated. Carpet was really dirty. The kitchen is lacking the things for cooking, toaster kinda works, electric mixer has 1 beater. No wash rags for the bathroom. Could be so much better.

Great location! We loved sitting on the porch and watching the marina. Unfortunately, the bathroom door was broken which made it a bit uncomfortable for our family of 4. Maintenance came to check it out and said it cannot be fixed without renovation…we didn’t want to stay in a construction site so we said no. We stayed for a full week and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. This is NOT a chefs kitchen. It was not well equipped. The pans and utensils were very cheap and difficult to cook with. I even went to the store and purchased a blender for us to use that we took home with us. The mattress was way too soft and gave both my spouse and I horrible neck and back by night 2.The condo Nextdoor was having major renovations done all week. Obviously, this is out of the owners control but it definitely disrupted the peaceful trip we were hoping for. Lastly, the pool was a great time for the kids. However, it recently got refinished and the sides were super scratchy. The kids came back with bloody feet each night…thank goodness the condo had a washer, dryer, and first aid kit.

We loved certain aspects of the rental, the view was amazing and the location was great. It was cute and cozy. We were disappointed that the accommodations are listed for 6 people, yet there were only 3 towels and not enough glassware for 6. I messaged Vacasa and within an hour, they delivered towels, new wine glasses, drinking glasses & coffee mugs. That was extremely kind & saved our opinion of the rental. The unit could have been cleaner. All the handles in the kitchen were sticky, the shelves were dusty, and the shower doesn’t drain which is gross. The bathroom door is broken, so privacy was hard. But overall, we were content. The view is worth it!!

Broken bathroom door with a curtain in its place and the pool was closed for renovations. Popcorn under the sofa and dirty cushions. No coffee and no warning to bring our own. Weird smell.

We definitely enjoyed having a beautiful view on our vacation. Although the place was well worn it was still in good shape. Only real complaint was no door to toilet to close. I ended up buying a tension curtain rod and curtains and hung them up, worked well to give privacy from adults and kids. We enjoyed walking the pier and into shops just down the street.

We loved this little condo for our family stay! We are a family of five and we all fit quite comfortably. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom door fell off its slide several times which became inconvenient - however, this was communicated and may be fixed. But, the rooms were clean & cozy. The view was unbeatable and the time we had making family memories was priceless. I'd recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo, but some major flaws: 1. MOST IMPORTANT! Sliding Door dividing sink from toilet and bath was badly warped and could not close. Imagine spending days with NO PRIVACY, especially when entertaining guests! 2. Key pad would not work and we had to seek help late at night. 3. The quilt in the larger bedroom had a rip and the mattress had bloodstains. 4. The entry carpet was frayed, unraveling. Other than these flaws, the unit was lovely. Beautifully decorated. BUT THAT BATHROOM DOOR KIND OF RUINED THE WHOLE AMBIANCE!!!!! I really would like some compensation for putting up with the above flaws…

It was a great location and cute place but it needs more cleaning. The floor in the kitchen was so sticky my shoe made gross sounds when picked up off the floor. The bathroom was missing a tile in the shower. One of the closets had spider webs in it. When wiping off the bathroom floor from water the white towel turned dark brown. The pool was shut down for maintenance for a few months and would have been nice to know before the stay. Overall it did have great views and it was a nice location but like I said above just needs a little TLC.

The location, view, and washer dryer in condo were the saving grace on this listing. We did not get to use the pool, hot tub, or spa. We made the reservation back in December but were only notified two weeks prior to our arrival that they were going to be closed during our stay. I did complain as we choose this property for those amenities as we were taking our grandchildren and now way too late to find another property, they refunded us 100 for the inconvenience. Overall the condo itself was a bit disappointing there was debris when I went to pulled out the bed in the couch and no sheets had been provided. We got 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels, 3 bath towels, and 2 pool towels. The next day when I called to inquire about sheets and washcloths they did drop them off however keep in mind the property was expecting 5 guests this wasn't some surprise we would need these items. There were huge lint balls in the laundry on the floor. The bed in master room was flat, and squeaked with every move. There were numerous stains on the floor in the master bedroom and the comforter on the bed had a huge rip in it. Also the kitchen is very sparsely stocked. Although listing says it accommodates 6 there was only enough mugs and cereal bowls for 3 people. Also think salt, pepper, garlic salt, and steak seasoning. The bathroom door doesn't close fully and I guess no matter how many guests or how long the stay you only are provided 2 additional rolls of toilet paper. Both ottomens stained.

Beds clean and comfortable. Furniture, especially chairs and ottoman..dirty and old. Pocket door to bathroom hard to closed and off track I believe. Minimalist kitchen. Very! No coffee, no seran wrap, baggies, foil..anything. Ok, there was salt and pepper. One of the bedrooms has water damage in upper corner by closet. A hotel would have been a better choice in my opinion.

Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters.

My family loved the facilities. We swam in the super warm pool. It was a treat to be able to see the seals from our balcony in the harbor. More than likely will stay again when more family comes to visit.

It was a good stay for sure but privacy for the restroom wasnt ideal. Door is janky. Beds are very uncomfortable. Thin and sunken in. It definitely gets the job done for a short stay. Kids loved the pool area of course. Easy check in and nice location close walk to the bay front and drive to other beaches near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wouldn't rebook for this place in particular especially with a family.

The townhouse was in a good location. Unfortunately, it's in need of some updating and deep cleaning. The carpets were dirty, grease in the oven, paint worn, damage to woodwork, bathroom pocket door that doesn't work properly, and mattresses that were old and uncomfortable. Odd layout with the bathroom sink & vanity in an area wide open to the hallway. It depends on who you're traveling with as to whether or not it wouldve comfortable - lacks any privacy at the bathroom sink. The toilet & shower area are very compact, not a lot of room to dress in there. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property nor would I rent it again.

Was super happy to have an actual kitchen to host a dinner for our parents who live in the area. View from the patio was amazing and everything was nice and quiet in the evenings. Don’t try using the TV to cast anything from your phone or to try and stream something on Netflix or Disney because you’ll get to the open credits and the app will crash. The internet in this place should be considered for an upgrade.
