A Happy Seagull’s French Fry is a beautifully decorated, modern beach home located directly across the street from the sand in South Litchfield. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families or groups to relax and enjoy coastal living.
The main level includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring two rooms with king beds and two with extra-long twin beds—ideal for both adults and kids. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground level and has a double bed, cable TV, and a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note: this bedroom is separately accessible and does not have interior stairs to the main floor.
Guests will enjoy modern amenities including central HVAC, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and porches, a brand-new full-size washer and dryer, both a coffee pot and Keurig, a tea kettle, air fryer, crock pot, dishwasher, and high-speed WiFi. The home also includes 6 HDTVs, a DVD player, CD player, high chair, two pack 'n plays, beach chairs, toys, and a 5-ft deep private pool (not heated).
One of the highlights of this home is the Tiki Bar by the pool, featuring a full-size refrigerator, bar stools, hot/cold sink, plenty of poolside furniture, and a ping pong table for hours of fun.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the hot and cold outdoor shower, then gather around the large dining table or enjoy a frosty beverage under the fan-cooled porch. This home is designed for memory-making, and we can’t wait to welcome you!

Wow! What an incredible rental! The house was spacious enough for our family of 8 adults & 2 kids. It was an easy short walking trip to the beach from the house. The pool was refreshing. Very quiet & beautiful views. Shops & restaurants nearby. House had everything you would need to stay for a week. Loved the extra fridge downstairs. We had a wonderful week & hated to leave. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us.
