Excellent option close to Cardiff

Everything was perfect. The location was ideal and only a few train stops away from Cardiff Central. Jenny was very communicative and gave some good recommendations. The place itself was lovely, so would definitely recommend this for a spot close to Cardiff.

Absolutely Stunning

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with great space for the kids to run around and play in. Grateful for all the little toys that were left in the room for them to play with while we got some additional sleep in the morning. Lots of breakfast options for us to have. Super clean, and beautifully presented

Could do with a cooking facility, e.g. microwave grill (a basic microwave is provided), a single hob, etc. Could have used a stair gate, but we were advised of this well in advance of arriving.

It was so peaceful and so well designed. Had all you required for a perfect trip. A little haven to spend quality time. We both loved the decor and the thought that had been invested into the property.

Quite surroundings and such a nice feeling when you walked up the stairs case to be met with such a lovely room, relaxes and put a smile on one’s face even after a long journey , Town square a short walk for food and some refreshment all very nice

Nothing springs to mind if I was being picky a couple more eggs in the fridge for breakfast we’ll have gone down well

Nice quiet location. Lovely apartment with quality fixtures and fittings. Easy to get to Penarth either driving or by taxi.

Perfect property with a peaceful location

The property was nicely decorated and extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. The bed was really comfortable and the shower hot at all times. Eggs, toast, cereal, yoghurt etc all available for breakfast was a nice touch. Was a great location for our wake we attended at the golf club opposite and was also very quiet and peaceful. Before leaving we bumped into the hosts who were a lovely couple.

In height of summer would be beneficial to have blinds as bright in the mornings

Beautiful apartment in quiet and convenient location

Beautiful apartment and ideal quiet location overlooking golf course, short walking distance of all the village amenities and the train to Cardiff, Penarth or Barry.

Definitely needs black out blinds/curtains at windows Pre heating would be beneficial as it takes a long time to warm up due to the open stairwell

Gorgeous apartment. Brilliant value and lovely place.

We loved everything - except the cold bathroom floor! Otherwise - the entire apartment is outstanding 😁 A beautiful apartment that is very well equipped for a short stay.

The bathroom floor is very cold in winter. I am sure it is not a problem in summer. I am also not sure what could be done about it. But we will be back despite the bathroom floor. So it was not insurmountable for us!!

Relaxing and romantic apartment with all you could ask for.

Beautifully furnished with taste. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Almost everything you could need was provided. Easy to find and parking not an issue. Had Jenny the owner’s number if we had any issues but we didn’t want for anything. Lovely romantic atmosphere and completely relaxing- we had the best time.

Frustrated and sleepy

Host had a “small gathering “ which woke us up around 9:30pm and lasted till 1:14am. They were very loud. We stayed two night and never met host. Host claimed breakfast provided but they only had cereal, bread, juices and eggs in fridge but there was no stove, only microwave. This is misleading, why not put that in their listing.

Everything was beautiful, beautiful decor, very homily and really clean. Loved all the little touches.... teddies in the cupboards, toiletries in the bathroom. Cereal items in cupboards and fresh eggs, bread and orange juice in the fridge. Jenny is really thoughtful, and nothing is too much trouble! Would highly recommend. Will definitely be going back.

Although it's getting colder now it's December, the downstairs is rather cold. Although upstairs is lovely and warm.

Overall loved Greystones but we couldn't find an ironing board. Didn't realise there wasn't a cooker, but we managed fine by boiling the eggs in the kettle 😂😜

Wonderful apartment within striking distance of Cardiff

Very large apartment that was warm, comfortable and clean. Jenny, the owner, was extremely helpful in giving us directions and making sure we had everything we needed. Quiet location and an easy journey into the centre of Cardiff.
