About this house rental
Villa surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees with views of the mountains and the sea on 14,000 m2 of land. In the garden is a beautiful swimming pool for the necessary cooling with an outdoor shower. There is a BBQ and there are several nice places where you can sit. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all amenities.
The space:
• Open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine.
• Large living room with fireplace
• 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1 with two single beds)
• Bathroom
Guesthouse:
• Double bed and two single beds
• Bathroom (Shower / Toilet / Washbasin)
• Refrigerator
Area:
Dolceacqua is a few kilometers inland from the coast, it is a charming village with winding medieval streets that lead to the castle. In the valley lies the beautiful bridge painted by Monet. The house is approximately 10 minutes by car from the village.
The area is ideal if you like sun and beach (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Vallecrosia, Sanremo), but also if you want to experience the real Italian culture in the villages a little more inland. Dolceacqua, Pigna, Roccheta and Airole are typical villages where the Italian still lives as he used to. Across the border in France (around 30 minutes' drive), cities such as Menton, Monaco and Nice are also worth a visit.
Transport:
You can park on the property.
The house is located 45 minutes from Nice airport where Transavia, Easyjet and KLM fly daily.

* Cleaning costs included.
* For bed linen and towels we charge 15 euros p. p. (no beach or
pool towels, you must bring these yourself).
* If you stay longer than 1 week, we charge 90 euros extra for a mandatory one
interim cleaning.
* On arrival you pay a deposit of 300.00 euros. You will of course receive this, if there is one
no damage, return at the end of your stay.
