A very elegant and Beautiful Victorian Replica single home in central heart of town. 800 Feet to Grocery, liquor, shopping, night life, restaurants and 400 feet to free bus line that drops you at all base lifts and all stops in summit County . Leave the car at home and walk to almost anywhere. Enjoy the abundant skiing, hiking the nature trails and crisp mountain air and a hot tub to rest the muscles after a long day of outdoor recreation. The home accommodates up to 16 guests and includes all the amenities for large groups, , several large gathering areas, 2 gas fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Gorgeous artwork throughout and personal touches throughout. Breckenridge accommodation tax number is 41637

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The house had a ton of space, which made it really comfortable for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas to hang out together. The laundry room eld all of our ski stuff. The layout worked especially well for a group trip like ours.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and better than described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy for us to cook several meals at home instead of going out every time. The living areas were great for group meals, games, and just relaxing after a day out. There were also plenty of sleeping options, so no one felt cramped.The private hot tub was also a big perk—such a great way to unwind at the end of the day.The location made it easy to enjoy Breckenridge, and it was a great home base for the weekend. Overall, this place was a great fit for a larger group and especially for something like a bachelorette trip. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

What a great place for a skiing family reunion! The (admittedly college-aged) cousins enjoyed the bunk room, and everyone appreciated the short walk to the free Breckenridge shuttle. The dining room easily accommodated everyone for evenings together, and the house was big enough to find solitude when wanted. Thanks to the host family for sharing such a special family home!
