About this apartment rental
Comfortable, 650 square foot unit perfect for a couple or a couple with one child. Ski-in, ski-out so very convenient to skiing.
Day bed in living area provides extra sleeping. There is also an air mattress and sleeping bag for a fourth person.
No neighbors above, below or on either side of this condominium.
It is a nicely finished, very comfortable and loved by all who stay there.
It is close walking distance to the gondola, ski school, hiking trails and on the edge of the cvillage ore, 1 mins walk from the bars and restaurants.
You can ski out the back of the building to the bottom of lift 1. You can ski back in on the Peaks trail.
TV service is a smart TV only. No cable or dish. You wil be give a HULUTV access password to use on that TV only during your stay. Has washer /drier
No parking included. You do not need a car for anything during your stay here. If you are driving to your stay, you can park directly under the building for $40 a day, or in the gondola structure parking by grocery store for $30 per day, free 5 mins gondola ride back to condo. My very fair rate considers the added expense of parking if you have a car.
Please note that we must collect and remit Town of Mtn Village Lodging (sales/excise/) taxes and fees. This is included in our nightly fee. Separately, HomeAway/VRBO collects State of Colorado and San Miguel County lodging taxes.

All’s well until my wife fell skiing on her second run and broke her arm. We returned home the next day. Rare for someone who’s skied over 40 years all over the world, but such is life. Doing better now 6 days post injury. The property was lovely, great location, great price.

Very nice unit. Perfect for one adult and a 13yo. Very short walk to gondola to get to the town (grocery store) and to the ski lift or gondola to get to the slopes. My husband said this was the perfect location and a really nice unit.Washer/dryer in-unit meant they could pack very little for their 8d stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located and well maintained condo. The on-site ski locker was super convenient. You gotta love being five minutes from the main chairlift! We look forward to coming back again soon!

When we arrived, we realized we had stayed in this same condo years earlier and we had a wonderful visit again! Denise was very helpful, answering questions. We like to cook and enjoyed the kitchen. The condo has a great location and was quiet in the evenings. Great experience!
