The house had everything we needed. The heated pool was a major plus with small children that wanted to be in the pool constantly. Great location for beaches, Space Center, restaurants, and stores.

A bit rocky. We lost a day of being to go out due to the front lock breaking down. Afraid to leave because we couldn't secure the house. Not blaming anyone just appears to break due to age of lock. Refrig lights not working. Some outside disconnect boxes rusted that was a bit scary. all in all good value just some untimely issues.

home was very clean . pool was nice , however the outside area was tired and needed overhaul of new screens and paint. the host was very plesant. it was close to Old Coco Village . 15 minutes to beaches. home supplied chairs and umbrellas. residental area that was tired as well.
