Meerblick inklusive, Waschmaschine vorhanden, kostenfreier Parkplatz, freies WLAN, große Dachterrasse, modernes Badezimmer, Klima in beiden Zimmern
Fischgeruch im Flur, dafür aber Fischmarkt im Erdgeschoss ;)

L'appartamento davvero bello
La posizione dov'è locato l'appartamento soprattutto il negozio di pesce sotto che lascia un sgradevole odere sulla tromba delle scale, fortunatamente no sale fino all'appartamento

Vorrei ringraziare il proprietario sia per la gentilezza sia per la disponibilità per il late check out. quest'estate ci ritorneremo:-) i miei complimenti per la pulizia dell'alloggio (dotato di tutti i confort come: asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie, condizionatori e riscaldamento ) comodo il supermercato accanto

Nice refurbished flat. Close to the beach and shops. Wide rooms, air conditioning, modern kitchen and comfortable convertible sofa and sofa (nice pillows). Excellent soundproofing. Large balcony perfect for morning breakfast. Kind and available (quick to reply) hostess. It was easy to change time of arrival (we arrived too early).
Biggest issue is the overall cleanliness of the place: Fool smell of rotten fish in the corridors and sometimes in the flat due to the fish shop downstairs. Dirty floors and toilet (need vacuuming and deap water cleaning). Dirty kitchen (smelly cleaning cloth, bread toaster full of bread crumbs and sticky, no ustensils (we had to buy plastic ones in the shop nearby). No toilet paper (only one partial roll).
