Location was fantastic! First floor was key! It was clean!

Our hot tub entrance code was not correct so we unfortunately could not use the hot tub the first night. The couches and the rugs were a bit worn. Dishware was moderate- not enough plates, only one wine glass, and definitely NOT stocked!? And unfortunately, somehow I had a skin infection from the hot tub- unfortunately urgent care helped me with a prescription antibiotic. Also, only one hot tub for many units- always a wait-

It is a very well priced apartment in Frisco. Served us great for skiing in Breckenridge, Vail and Loveland. Very close to groceries (Whole Foods and Safeway) and a brilliant brewery. It was very spacious for two people and the bed was very comfortable.

- We couldn't access the hot tub as we were first given a wrong door code. When we managed to get the right one, we had already changed plans. - While the kitchen was overall well equipped, there was a lot of some items (i.e., soup plates) while very few others (just 1 normal dinner plate and 1 wine glass); there was a coffee machine but no filters. - I didn't like that the company managing the condo kind of forced us to use their own website for communications and accessing information, rather than doing everything through Booking.com.

Very clean, great location, nice neighborhood, quite. Comfortable bed and well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped.

Refrigerator sounded like an outboard motor when it ran. Couldn't get the gas fireplace to work.

The condo and neighborhood were lovely and very clean. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony. Laundry detergent pods available so you don't need to bring your own, plenty of supplies in the kitchen, books to read, etc. Hot tub was very clean. No other people there both times we used it. Half enclosed, half privacy fenced so you have a great view of the stars from the tub while maintaining privacy. Customer service gave us the hot tub code within minutes via text, even at 9:30 PM.

1) Advertised as 2 beds (one is a foldout couch), but the balcony door was missing 4-5 vertical blinds. My daughter would have had ZERO privacy at night so we had to hang up one of the sheets over the gap with stacked books to hold it in place. 2) TV remotes in the bedroom did not work, so couldn't use streaming services in bed. 3) Code provided in the app for the hot tub was wrong. 4) Strip of carpet by the kitchen had small exposed nails that both my husband and daughter stepped on. 5) Thermostat appeared to have zero affect whatsoever.
