Friendly staff. Breakfast provided but downstairs already have the meals you need plus another old style coffee shop across the street. Just a few blocks away from jetty to get your fresh seafood from various famous restaurants.
Other room guests bringing in food especially seafood in the hotel making the whole floor stinks.

Staff are friendly, room & toilet are spacious and clean. Area is quite at night. Close to bus station to Tawau, near atm.
Location is not within tourist area. So at night, its like a ghost town but can still walk around (within 1km) to other happening area.
