The location is awesome. Beautiful views, very convenient, right in the middle of everything.
Awful management. The keys located in different place than property and they not even notified me upfront, only after I asked exact location of property upon my arrival they've sent me 2 addresses to pick up the keys and property location.
Strict 10am check out. I have a kid and there was snowstorm, I've asked for an extra hour, which I was going to pay of course, but they've denied, shame.
I've stayed for 5 nights and haven't received any room service at all, not a single day.
The shower head has lick when you are using bathtub, but it's a small problem compare to overall poor management.
