Villa Marina - San Lorenzo

Kjempehyggelig vert som gjorde at vi følte oss hjemme, var tilgjengelig og som tok seg tid til å fortelle om området og komme med gode tips. Super beliggenhet med kort vei til stranden og en kort kjøretur til Marzamemi og Noto. Ren og komfortabel leilighet med nydelig balkong.

Mesésen éreztük magunkat. A ház egy többgenerációs családi ház, ahol a tulajdonos is ott lakik a családjával, de másik házrészben. Nagyon remek szállásadók: maga az apartman nagyon szépen felújított és berendezett. A környékbeli látnivalókat illetően, parkolás és éttermek vonatkozásában Marco remek tippeket adott nekünk. A szállásról autóval kiválóan megközelíthetőek Val di Noto városai.

The space and unique ceramics that our host Marco made. Our 3 double bedrooms flat had a spacious kitchen with cooking tools, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, a sofa and a table for 4, plus a large outside area with a large dining table for 8 and a sun umbrella. It was the perfect area to enjoy a cold 'latte di mandorla' (almond milk made with world almonds from Avola, world renown delicacy). The flat is fitted with 1 aircon unit in the corridor which cools down the place, and ceiling fans in each room. Personally, for June I found the airflow was great and slept without a fan in our double room. There is also a wonderful covered but ventilated area with a long wooden table for about 10 people outside, common to all flats, so if there are more guests and occupy all the flats at the same time, you can potentially gather around 12 people and eat there all together! There is space for 2-3 cars inside the gate, but enough space on this quiet road too. Great location to reach other towns by car, and the beach on foot. Honestly one of the best locations for the price, and so we could also be independent if someone wanted an early swim or a lie in, as the beach was so close. Super happy!

Just the furniture could do with a small upgrade, as it's a little outdated - but it all worked fine and I know the hosts are already on it.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi. La casa è molto carina e accogliente, vicina al mare (molto bello), molto fresca, con un terrazzo stupendo e in posizione strategica per visitare tutte le meraviglie presenti in quella parte di Sicilia da Siracusa a Modica passando per Noto Scicli Ragusa etc. Marco e la sua famiglia (soprattutto il piccolo Leo) ci hanno fatto sentire a casa regalandoci sempre un sorriso e soprattutto tanti consigli preziosi per visitare la zona.
