Very clean and good location, the host is also very nice and available !

Big sewage odours (but out of the control of the host) and parking near the apartment can be very expensive (but same one - out of the control of the host)

the location was amazing, right in the city center, the apartament was very clean and comfortable, the host was responsive and very polite

the shower draining hole was clogged but other than that everything was perfect

Die Lage ist sehr gut direkt am Zentrum. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist wird es schwierig. Pula kassiert alle 2 Std und um gratis zu parken muss man außerhalb parken und Glück haben. Die Klimaanlage war jetzt im Juli nötig da das Haus sehr alt und warm ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber.

Da ich selbst vermiete und auch in Kroatien weiß ich wovon ich spreche. Ich sage zu diesem Objekt nur Unterkunft und nicht Apartment! Die Einrichtung ist zusammengestellt aus Trödel und Sperrmüll. 2 Kleiderschränke so groß einfach rein , niemand wird das benötigen. Es ist nur zum übernachten und nicht zum wohlfühlen gedacht. Die Dusche ist aus den 70 zigern ohne Halterung. Wir sind schlank und groß, daher unmöglich. Ich brauche keinen Luxus aber willkommen zu sein sieht anders aus. Wir haben 2 Nächte dort geschlafen und geduscht. Das Treppenhaus ist alt daher wäre es schön gewesen wäre die Unterkunft freundlich und hell und einladend gewesen. Bei 100€ pro Nacht macht es im Monat 3000€ da kann man mit wenig Mitteln ( Ikea/Jysk) etwas freundliches zaubern. Die Fotos stimmen auch nicht mehr überein.
