This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is in the family-friendly community of Island Club. Looking through the kitchen, into the open living room, then the dining room is a comfortable patio. Whether sipping morning coffee or afternoon refreshments, you’ll love this gorgeous lagoon view.
All this and only minutes to the beach! This beach villa is truly a dream getaway! Along with a wide, sandy beach Island Club offers an outstanding vacation environment. Not only is it an oceanfront resort, but it also offers a large pool with a waterfall, a children’s pool, a tanning pool with chairs in it, and a hot tub. Island Club has nine free tennis courts, a pro shop, a fitness center, saunas, a children’s playground, and outdoor basketball and racquetball courts.

Those times are to be determined by the weather!) ***The Lap Pool and Kiddy Pools will close (heat turned off) on November 14th, 2025. All Pools are scheduled to reopen on February 28th 2026.

FAVORITE!!! Will absolutely stay here again!!! Clean, renovated, short walk to beach. Perfect weather for entire week (3rd week of May). Totally worth the "slight splurge" to be right on the beach. Bring your own beach cart or wagon and enjoy the easy beach access. Pure perfection.

The villa was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed.We are hoping to bring our adult kids down in October!

The view was great. The ceiling fans were noisy. The tub drain was very slow - you stood in water during a shower. There was mold around the fan duct in the entrance way. The screen door did not shut properly. And there was a strange odor in the apartment, like a urine soaked diaper. I called about the mold and smell on the first day and was told someone would check it out but no one ever came.
The carpet needs to be replaced - it is stained and old. But the view was very nice. The frig was clean. I liked the location but I would not choose this particular condo again.
