About this chalet rental
This warm and spacious chalet of about 300m2 can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Perfectly quiet and sunny, it is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes (ski lift at the end of the path) and is close to shops, it allows you a "all on foot" life during your holidays. It also has a covered parking for 2 cars and 2 parking spaces.
On the first floor: A very large living room with TV (satellite and canal plus), bar (including fridge, dishwasher and sink), wood stove, a dining area that can accommodate large tables, all with large bay windows overlooking the mountains.
Fully equipped kitchen: LV, oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge with freezer part.
Large south-facing terrace with grandiose views of the mountains. Tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Stairs leading down from the terrace into the garden.
A bedroom (160 cm bed) with TV, large shower, washbasin, towel radiator.
1 toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 cm bed with shower and sink, 1 with 140 cm bed and 1 with 2 x 80 cm beds), 1 bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, towel radiator and 1 toilet, 1 separate toilet.
On the garden level:
Large room opening onto a large terrace on the first floor overlooking the garden with 1 bed of 140 and 1 of 90, TV, toilet area with sink
Large bathroom with beautiful shower, sink, sauna and 2 towel radiators.
Bedroom with 140 cm bed and sofa.
Bathroom with sink, bathtub and shower
1 separate toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Access to the ski room with boot dryer and ski rack
WIfi throughout the chalet.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost on request.

Excellent séjour pour une tribu familiale ( 6 adultes, 2 adolescents,
3 enfants) vaste pièce de vie, nombreuses chambres, grande terrasse avec une superbe vue et terrain de jeux de ballons devant
devant le chalet.

Tres aimablement accueillis par Morgane, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce magnifique chalet Armavica. L'équipement est complet et agencé de façon très pratique. Du parking couvert au vaste sas d'entrée permettant une transition optimale entre la zone in très chaleureuse et la zone out enneigée et froide...en passant par le local à skis permettant de retrouver les chaussures sèches et réchauffées ...Nous avons aussi apprécié l'aménagement intérieur douillet et accueillant avec de vastes espaces de vie....Nous étions dix dont quatre enfants sans jamais nous gêner...la vue à partir du chalet est dégagée sur les montagnes enneigées environnantes et l'ambiance est calme et reposante. Les prestations sont de qualité et l'équipement est très complet. Le village est typique avec son ambiance montagnarde et permet des activités multiples et variées.

Absolutely wonderful chalet right near the small button lift which takes you to the centre of the village (if on foot the centre of the village is a short walk). The chalet is spacious and well equipped and has the most breath taking views of the mountains. We were 2 families and the chalet was big enough for us all to spread out and relax. Excellent heated ski locker! Excellent sauna! Parking undercover for 2 cars.
