Czystość i wyposażenie pokoi wystarczające na krótki i dłuższy pobyt. Było wszystko czego potrzeba. Zadbany ogród, miejsca do wypoczynku.
Niewielki parking mieszczący tak naprawdę dwa auta, jedno mogło dodatkowo zaparkować tuż przy wejściach do domków co raczej nie było komfortowe dla mieszkańców domkow. Dojazd do samego parkingu od bardzo wąskiej uliczki.
