The owner help us a lot to recover my delayed luggage even after we moved out of the flat.
The possibility to leave the luggage before check-in (we arrived very early the morning).
The flat has a good standard, beds are good.
Location is good, no particular noise.
Not much, just a little point not directly related to the flat: several roads in construction around so the taxi couldn't reach the building entrance and we had to move the luggage a bit more in order to reach a place that was accessible by car.

The hostess was very kind and helpful
She even came out to help us when we were lost
The place is very clean and very quiet
We didn’t hear any neighbors
Highly recommended
A bit difficult to find (but the hostess is available to help, you can call her, text her)
One of the main streets is blocked (not the owner’s fault, but worth mentioning).
She did warn us that it’s blocked before we arrived though, which we appreciated.

Pretty Good place to stay, Value for money, rooms are cleaned frequently to ensure its always clean. Stayed for 10 days was peaceful, Groceries, Restaurants and everything is just walking away. If you get 1st or 2nd floor rooms you need to carry your baggage on stair, if you are light traveler this place is best.
Nothing To Complain, Just that I wish there was a lift.

The basement room is excellent condition, cool with fan even in summer time. It has washing machine at the rooftop.
the alleyways and old abandoned buildings leading up to the property might be intimidating especially at night altho the host said the area is safe..
