Lovely clean and comfortable unit with all amenities, suitable for a small family like ours
We would have appreciated the heads up on maintenance works as they were in the unit right next door
however know that it's not anyone's fault

Great location
It didn’t have the benefits of a services apartment nor the conveniences of an Airbnb. I was away for a work conference and had no buy all the basics including toilet paper, bin bags, washing powder,shampoo, soap, salt, pepper, oil. I only had one towel for 8 days and only one single packet of laundry detergent. I had to take out rubbish and recycling and didn’t have access the reception services. There is also no cupboard space for food so had to sit on the bench. I also had to collect and return keys to another location which made travel more stressful. I would book through the Oaks in the future
