Exceptionally clean and well stocked cottage located in a quiet wooded setting within a subdivision. Owners live next door, but we did not hear them and only saw/met Debi and Patrick late Saturday afternoon. Restaurants, shopping and gas stations about three miles away. Would highly recommend as cottage is well maintained and in a very safe, family friendly area. We plan to return in the future!

A great place to stay as a stop point for trip to Gainesville. Everything listed about the property is spot on. Cottage is spacious enough for three people and is very quiet. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

We can't thank Debi and Patrick enough. We had an emergency at home and they were so caring and accommodating, always checking on us. Debi was so helpful and I really enjoyed our talk. The cottage is adorable, and so clean, we enjoyed ever minute relaxing there. This is located in a beautiful subdivision and is so quiet. We would definitely book here again. Thank you again and thank you for our little family of baby birds we got to see each morning.Debbie and Jim
