The communication before the stay was excellent!!!
They booked our bus tickets to Laos for us which is the main reason we stayed there.
They could also arrange money exchange but it was Tet so that didn’t work for us.
The fact that she booked our bus tickets was brilliant!!!
We got what we asked for if we ran out- ie toilet paper and towels and a working kettle.
It was Tet so no staff so will not comment on this as that would not be fair.

The reception staff were very helpful. They have no English - and I have no Vietnamese - but they were very willing to advise and organise through Google Translate.
As all reviewers say, the mattresses are genuinely hard - but fine for a couple of nights. You'd pay 3 times the room rate here for a bed in a 12 person dorm in my country : get over it, folks.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber im Hotel gibt es keine Zimmer mit Balkon wir haben für etwas bezahlt das es gar nicht gibt
