Prague Castle Garden Apartment

Good location, reasonably spacious apartment, friendly host. Only 1 floor (2 flights of stairs) up from the street, not bad. Convenient bakery and mini markets, other restaurants in the area.

Just be aware that there is a step up or down into every room, including right behind the front door. Before you can even turn on the lights walking in the front door you have to be aware of a step down, mind your ankles. Also the bed, while nice and wide, occupies the full width of the room so you can't walk alongside the bed to get in or out, you have to use the foot of the bed - might be difficult for some people. One time I smelled the cigarette smoke another reviewer mentioned in the bathroom, but thankfully not again. And the shower door did not fully close but this turned out not to be a problem, I managed not to leak any water anyway. Could be fixed though.

Apartment is situated in nice district . Near there are shops , supermarket , bar , wine shop . The nice thing is that the stop of the tram is very close …. But during the night it is good to hear their noises .

The neighbors smoke in their toilet , and the system of ventilation brings that nice smell to the bathroom of apartment . Everything else was good and comfortable .

Thank you for the coffee machine. That's very helpful!

The sheets and towels didn't seem to be fresh clean! Maybe it just seemed, but it's one recommend

Size of the flat was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable.

I recognised a smell from a former smoker in the main room (kitchen/living room), I am quite sensitive to such smell, maybe others wouldn´t notice. I think the flat would deserve an easy renovation to avoid these smells, Keys on the main doors could work better. The sofa was a little disgusting in my opinion.
