It was clean with everything we needed inside. Also liked that is was safe and quiet
The living area has less couches for a three bedroom house and one of the air conditioners decided to malfunction.

Ease of access, aircons, layout and the large stoep was nice.
Maintenance issues: kitchen door hinges broken, sink plugs too small, a few scratches on the doors and walls. Poor lighting outside.
