Tolle Lage in der Nähe der Promenade, Gastronomie und kleinem Tante Emma Laden, großzügige Wohnung mit liebevoller und sehr guter Ausstattung. Es war ein erleichterndes Gefühl in der supersauberen Wohnung anzukommen. Eigener Parkplatz. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Durch die Lage im Souterrain gab es weniger Tageslicht, wodurch es nicht ganz einfach war nach dem Kochen die Wohnung zu lüften, da in der Küche kein Fenster ist. Dafür gab es eine leistungsstarke Dunstabzugshaube, die sehr gute Dienste getan hat. Also auch kein großes Problem.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Es ist eine Kellerwohnung, aber genügend Fenster zum Lüften sind vorhanden. Sehr netter schriftlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Eigener Eingang mit Zahlencode an der Eingangstür. Die Lage ist hervorragend, kurzer Weg zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft, zur Busstation und zur Ostsee. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder, vielen Dank!
