Magnificent villa with pool ideally located near Porto Vecchio, near the beaches of St Cyprien and Cala Rossa.
The house is from 2018, its construction offers the warmth of the wood and the authenticity of the stone. It revolves around a large wooden terrace with several spaces to enjoy the outdoors, with in its center a salt pool, heated.
The house offers 3 bedrooms, all with pool view, for 6 to 7 people in total.
Home warm and modern, entirely air-conditioned and offering nice benefits.

2 bedrooms have bed in 160 and the 3rd of 2 single beds. A small 4th bedroom office can accommodate a child.
As an extension of the living room, the large picture windows open onto a beautiful shaded terrace equipped for your meals, moments of relaxation or conviviality.
You can also enjoy a petanque court on your way back from the beach.
The 3 bedrooms of the house open onto the pool, secure, and the living room, extended by the outdoor dining area.
The view is pleasant and relaxing, on the surrounding maquis.
Fully air conditioned, petanque, deck chairs, garden furniture, plancha.
Linen optional, 40 € per room sheets and towels.
End of stay cleaning fee on site 150 €.
Deposit on site 2000 € not cashed and returned if no damage is found

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette villa et avons passé un agréable séjour. La terrasse offre une belle vue sur le maquis environnant et est particulièrement bien ensoleillée. La piscine est spacieuse, la villa est agréable et le mélange pierre et bois contribue à une douce ambiance de vacances.
