About this villa rental
Villa Prisuccia is situated in a quiet location in the heart of the hamlet of Porto-Vecchiaccio, a 15-minute drive from Porto-Vecchio and 5 minutes from the beautiful St. Cyprien Beach; the property is fully enclosed and offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains, with no neighboring buildings in sight.
The decor is elegant and refined, with a decidedly modern atmosphere, while incorporating touches of stone and wood that give it an authentic style.
Accommodations
Built in 2020, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people: it features a large living room with a 65" UHD TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a separate half-bath with a sink, and 3 master suites, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a shower room with a toilet (one of these three bedrooms can be configured with two twin beds measuring 80 x 200 cm), and a sofa bed on the mezzanine that sleeps two people (140 x 200 cm). Each suite features a built-in closet, an UHD TV, and access to a private terrace with a lounge area; each offers unobstructed views of the sea and mountains.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access.
The living room opens onto a very large covered terrace, equipped with a lounge area, a table with 8 chairs, and a gas grill.
The 10 x 3.5 m pool, facing due south, is heated and secured by a submerged electric cover.
A daybed is available near the pool, along with 4 sun loungers.
You’ll have access to a pétanque court and a ping-pong table, perfect for enjoying quality time with family or friends.
The 1,100 m² property is fully enclosed and secured by an electric gate. Private parking is available.
The villa is ideally located, 30 minutes from Figari Airport, 15 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, 5 minutes from St. Cyprien Beach, and close to all amenities: bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, pharmacy...

The house is strictly non-smoking; pets are not allowed. Bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels are provided.
Beach towels are not provided.
The villa is not accessible to people with limited mobility (stone steps between the parking lot and the front door).
Optional hotel-style services (housekeeping and bed linen changes during your stay, breakfast...).
Optional baby gear (crib, high chair, etc.).
