Quiet wooded property. Access by private road, far from cars; Access to the sea 50m by pedestrian forest path. Facing south on one level with large terrace, large living room with fireplace, 2 large bedrooms, two shower rooms with WC, 3rd bedroom with shower and WC. Interior patio. Recent house with all comfort. Central heating, fireplace, very relaxing place, unspoiled nature, pine forest environment, Eloux wood ... beach close by. Many possibilities to practice fishing activities on foot, hiking or cycling. Village nearby.

Mona est un petit havre de paix et de tranquillité sans pareil! La maison a été décorée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût par la propriétaire qui a le souci du détail. L'atmosphère y est tellement chaleureuse que le séjour n'est jamais assez long! Les propriétaires sont des personnes attentives et charmantes.

SI vous cherchez une maison vaste, chaleureuse, pleine de charme, propre et proche de la mer, vous avez là ce qu'il vous faut! Les propriétaires vivant juste à côté vous accueilleront avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de chaleur. Les activités ne manquent pas: plages à 1-2km, pêche à pied à côté de la maison, belles promenades à vélo tout autour, marais salants à découvrir et visiter, réserve naturelle splendide avec beaucoup d'oiseaux à observer... Bref, un petit coin de paradis que nous avons grandement apprécié!!!
