- The closeness to the beach is definitely one of the biggest assets of the summer house. The position is impeccable for going the beach.
- some neighbors were extremely loud until late in the nights, and speaking with them did not solve the problem. - A little maintenance to the house would be needed (little details, but still necessary like lights in the bathroom randomly not working, handles of the closets falling down, electronic devices and controllers without batteries etc) - we were told by the agency in charge of the keys that we could have picked up the keys at 12, but once we got there we had to wait first 15 minutes, and then over one hour because the house wasn’t ready yet.
