Staff, value, location Reception employee was great. He was real and warm. One of my best check ins. I forgot his name , but i know he was Moldavian. \pet oriented hotel. I will recommend it....

It was clean
Air con did not work, opening window was not solution either because of close trains, airport and bus which had started motor for 2 hours. We had bad sleep.

Front desk staff was very professional, friendly and had lots of valuable information. Hotel was very close and easy to walk to Flughafen Graz. Rooms were large, comfortable and very well laid out. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Clean and modern
room was very small. No customer service and at times no staff at all onsite at the property. everything was automated. At one point, we were locked out of the building and couldn't get into the garage to leave without difficulty.
