Nicol's Casetta

In oltre trenta anni di Grecia, questa e' la migliore sistemazione che abbiamo mai trovato. Una casetta isolata, un bel appartamento provvisto di tutti i conforts, meglio che a casa propria, zanzariere a tutte le finestre, aria condizionata, lavatrice con il liquido per lavare a disposizione etc etc. Tutto e' fatto con estrema cura per mettere a proprio agio l'ospite.La posizione e' centralissima ad Agia Efimia, ma molto tranquilla perche' e' una casetta isolata sopra un bel giardino dove la mamma della proprietaria ha l'orto.

Il wifi e' un po debole e non prende bene in tutte le stanze. Andrebbe potenziato.

The house is perfect, absolutely clean, comfortable, practical and has all the needed amenities. It is made in a sense that everything is useful and easy for access. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable, shower area is nice, has a good airconditioning that is not noisy. The wi fi connection is fast and stable. The host is an amazing person, she offered us advice, was always available and suggested things to do. Definitely recommend and will visit again!

Perfect location, close to everything, supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. A cute little house, very clean, kitchen with all necessary utensils, you can feel the attention to small little details making your stay comfortable. Host is a very agreeable lady, letting you know that she is there nearby in case you need some something while remaining discreet at the same time. If Agia Effimia is the part of the island you want to stay then look no further.

Not a critique as it's down to personal preferences, but we like our mattress firmer and thinner cushions. But as I said, maybe it's just us.

Нам дуже сподобалось дружелюбна зустріч власниці дому, вона була дуже привітна и потурбувалася щоб ми дізнались більше про остів на якому ми відпочивали. І підтримувала звʼязок з нами на протязі всього відпочину. Що дуже їй дякуємо❤️
