Sistemazione strategica e molto comoda per visitare l' isola. Casa molto pulita e accogliente, dotata di aria condizionata ben funzionante, fornelli elettrici e frigo con freezer. L'hot è molto disponibile e gestisce anche un noleggio barche per visitare tutte le calette deserte a nord di agia effimia.

Jó kommunikáció a tulajdonossal. A felső szinten az erkély a tengerre meg a környékre néz. Tágas szobák. 3 naponta takarítás és ágynemű, törölköző csere.
Az erkélyek kicsik az emeleten, a szomszéd apartman ablaka és a légkondicionáló berendezése zúg a fejed fölött! Nem lehet élvezni a kilátást és az erkélyeket emiatt! Nem ártana többféle pohár. A tulajdonos csónak bérbeadással is foglalkozik, ad kedvezményt, de sajnos nem teljeskörű a tájékoztatása, így olyan üzemanyagárat fizettetett, hogy megdöbbentünk! Rosszul esett! Az volt az érzésünk, az egész tankot kifizetette😭

Good location near town of Ag Efthimia (about a 10 min walk to port/restaurants). This is not like a hotel or airbnb so keep in mind the accommodations are basic and you will need to buy/bring your own hand soap, shampoo, etc. Towels were changed every 3 days.
wifi was inconsistent and there was a wasp/bee nest above the property which led to bees constantly in our room.
