This was exactly what I needed. A place to crash. It was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was a locked room with the basics, a bed, desk, closet, toilet and shower. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and cheap and safe.
It doesn’t pretend to be a 5 star hotel. It’s exactly as advertised and I can’t say anything bad about it.

Room with comfortable beds accompanied with the biggest bathroom I had ever had in a paid accommodation. Quite area. Free on street parking
There is no way to contact anyone on site - the provided phone number was switched off
There is no kettle in the room. It is cheap and a must to have.
Cleaners use something with unpleasant, strong and persistent smell
Wifi is useless. No coverage in the rooms. In common areas where you can catch it the connectivity is patchy
