Good location. Everything is walkable. The metro is only a few meters away.
We thought there was a sofa bed but we made it work..otherwise everything was great.

Best things: Unbeatable price for Paris for this location. Most attractions and shopping areas north of the Seine can be reached by walking in 20-30 Minutes. Metro of line 9&8 in front of the door. Next door are a Vietnamese restaurant a Sushi restaurant and a Bar/ Club. No noise issues though. Supermarket is some 100m away as well as an amazing bakery
It tries to sell you slightly better quality than it is. It is mor a rebuilt office space than a real apartment. As it is in France all instructions are in French. So you might miss the link with the instructions how to open the door. As you get several similar looking one with pre check in and such. There is no phone support available and under the given number no one answers. However once you find the instructions all is fine.
