A very neat and clean apartment. I liked the ambiance of the room.
At the sunrise, a lot of light gets into the room due to very thin blinds that allow the light to shine through. Also it took longer for our breakage deposit to be refunded. That’s not the fair way of doing business.

Overall the apartment was pretty good.
The process of checking in.
Staff were unorganized
Documents were sent prior to check in the gentleman looked confused.
We were not informed about the costing for the cot prior to booking.
Staff continued to ask me for payment that I had already made.
When traveling with a toddler we send all documents prior to make the check in seamless however the gentleman made this very difficult.

Place was very clean
Deposit breakage fee method is not good for me we was just 2 guests which we didn't even use much of the stuff it's the 2000 fee it's to high and the process just doesn't make sense
