Very clean unit with modern finishes. Also appreciated that the Braai facilities were really clean also with the rest of the villa. Location is central to both the beach and hotel side. Bathrooms are spacious and comfortable bedding. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

We love the estate and have been going there for the last 19 years.
Our original booking was from 30 December to 6 January. On 25 November through Booking.com I requested an extension on the stay to 9 January 2026. Boking.com reverted that all was in order to do so.
On the 28th of December I contacted San Lameer directly as I had no correspondence re the balance of the payment. I also enquired about the additional days and we were told that the property was NOT in fact available. This left us disappointed as we had made so many arrangements to enjoy the extra few days. So booking.com was not on top of their game!!!!
