Relax in this ocean block, 4 BR/2.5 BA with ocean view. This spacious beach cottage enjoys the use of three decks. It sleeps eight people maximum in one king, one queen, and two sets of twin beds.
There is a comfortable living room, dining area for eight, and central AC. There is parking for up to six cars, an outdoor covered table and charcoal barbeque, outdoor shower, washer/dryer. There is an unoccupied, off limits owner suite on the third level. It is never occupied when renters are present.
Included with your booking are seven different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Every day, you will receive one pass per activity:

Please bring your own linens, towels, spices, oils, paper and plastic goods, i.e. paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt, pepper and oils. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, glass and silverware as well as serving dishes, etc. To rent linens and towels we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.

The location of the house was great with. Right across the street from the beach. The house itself is very dated and could use an update. Otherwise everything was great. Jeremy was very helpful with everything we needed!

This house was quite comfortable, located very close to a beach access path, and had wonderful views from the deck and crow's nest. We found it clean, well appointed, and perfect for a beach vacation.

We stayed Thursday through Monday & the location in South Bethany is great! The Beach was not crowded and the house is directly behind the oceanfront, home so is it extremely close to the beach. There is a nice view of the ocean from the living room and the rooftop deck. Jeremy was extremely nice and accommodating to work with. He was able to confirm the outlets on the cable router so that we could bring our child’s video monitor and view him while he was sleeping. This was very important for us as he has special needs. Since the home was not rented the day before we arrived and the day we were leaving, he was very accommodating and allowed us a flexible check in and check out date. Again that was very helpful due to our son’s special needs and need for daily naps. The home is dated and the furniture was a mix of random pieces. But we not too picky, so that wasn’t a big deal. The location was more important to us. We had issues with the WiFi, which became frustrating as we had teenagers needing to connect their laptops so they could get homework done. It worked the 1st 2 days & after that we didn’t have any WiFi. And Jeremy was very quick to respond to a question about this. He said that maybe too many people are trying to connect and it was taxing the Wi-Fi. We really spent most of her time on the beach and at Indian River surfing, boogie boarding & enjoying the ocean, set of the Wi-Fi wasn’t too much of an issue. But when we did need it and couldn’t have access to it that was a bit frustrating. Overall, wed stay here again. Jeremy was great to work with!
