Os quartos são excelentes, cama muito confortável, apartamento amplo, é possível cozinhar no apartamento se for preciso e possui churrasqueira para reunir com os amigos. Para quem tem filhos possui muitos ambientes para os pequenos, o restaurante é de ótima qualidade, café da manhã é bem completo, contudo, é pago um valor a parte. O hotel fica muito próximo à praia do Atalaia e em frente ao resort possui uma praça com bastante opções para quem não deseja ir até a cidade.
Um ponto negativo é que a todo momento o pessoal do marketing tenta vender cotas de apartamento, incessantemente. Outro ponto negativo, para alta temporada, o acesso aos elevadores fica muito difícil, muitos estragam e alguns ficam muito sobrecarregados.
