A casa é excelente, limpeza impecável, atendimento do Sr Carvalho é impar, a atenção do caseiro Jota também é otima.
Realmente recomendo a casa.
Ressalto no entando que há uma pequena vistra para o mar, e não uma "real vista" para o mar, mas a casa é maravilhosa, realmente vale a pena !

Imóvel super bem localizado, realmente próximo a praia do Atalaia.A casa fica numa parte mais alta que nos proporciona uma vista bonita, é possível ver uma parte do mar! A cozinha do imóvel é super equipada, tinha tudo de utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários para se preparar e servir uma refeição, inclusive gás de cozinha e um bebedouro de água mineral.
Sobre os quartos, são super amplos. A única crítica que tenho sobre os quartos são o dos colchões dos beliches, acho que está na hora de serem trocados, estão muito deformados, tão deformados que tem beliche com dois colchões para dar à altura correta.
Outra coisa que eu gostaria de pontuar é sobre a internet, é meio lenta e tem pouco alcance.
Fora essas pequenas coisas o imóvel é excelente, recomendo e com certeza alugaria novamente.
O dono do imóvel é extremamente atencioso, honesto e bem claro sobre as informações da casa, além de preocupado com o bem estar do inquilino durante a estadia. Nota 10!

Uma grata surpresa em diversos aspectos, a começar pelo dono, Sr. Carvalho, que nos atendeu e auxiliou do início ao fim de nossa estadia, até a casa em si, que se apresenta exatamente como divulgado, com impecável limpeza em todos os cômodos, ambientes extremamente arejados e com uma diversidade incrível de itens que dão todo o suporte necessário para o período de estadia.
Certamente recomendamos e voltaremos em breve!

Ola, so queria agradecer ao seu Carvalho pelo excelente atendimento quando estivemos em salinas, a casa é no atalaia no lugar muito bem ventilado, tudo bem arrumadinho e limpo e cheiroso , meus parabéns e meu muito obrigado mais uma vez!
