Great size and reasonable price. Beds were nice!
Apartment needs renovation, a lot of wear and tear. Also stains on furniture, decorative blankets etc.

Host met us at the property. My wife is on crutches so he switched our upstairs room place to a downstairs one! He was so lovely and helpful!
Great location! Close to Cristo Rei! Free parking. Super clean. Great decor. Very comfortable bed. The whole place was cosy and comfortable!

Location- easy to access the public transport (bus, tram, boat). Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby.
Host - Samuel is very nice and friendly.
Review:
Parking- no parking space available. it’s very hard to find a spot in the street. I don’t recommend to coming by car
Apartment- the rooms are ok (living room and bedroom). The kitchen is open to the main entrance (no door). The apartment is cold, the AC (heat function is not good enough)
Internet is very slow
Bathroom- the water pressure in the toilet is not enough. The hot water is not enough for 4 people having shower after each other
