Its location and the fact that it is easily accessible.
Having stayed here several times, my opinion is slightly biased. The air conditioning unit stopped working on Saturday and,somehow, it wasn’t repaired by the time I left on Wednesday. Although it wasn’t overly hot and humid, it shouldn’t have taken that long to fix. On a positive note, the unit did have a fan that could have been used in case it was needed.

Good location, very close to the city centre. Nice room
Dirty bathroom, mold in the shower. Nobody answers the phone, tried calling several times. Uncomfortable pull up bed.

The property is well decorated, clean and comfortable.
The tv functionality was not great. The options were limited and also no access after a while. The windows requires (to be double) updated due to the noise .

Getting into the property was actually quite easy with the instructions they provided. Overall the place was fine and met our needs, but did not wow us and was nowhere near as bright as the photos.
They say they are available to assist at all times via the speaker at the door. We tried multiple times and never got a reply there. We did get a reply on Whatsapp eventually but it was the next day. The photos make the space feel very bright with many windows. But the room we got was not the same as the ones in the photos, and we only had one widow. Our air conditioning did not work until about 3 hours before check-out. We contacted the property and informed house keeping, we were informed it would be fixed. But, each day we got back we still had no air conditioning which was a huge disappointment.
