Come and enjoy Island Park, Newport and Bristol's beautiful waterfront dining, watersports, beaches and open spaces! Riverside Bungalow is where you want to be. We offer the safety of a privacy fenced yard, outdoor living & dining, well appointed bedrooms & amenities. TOTALLY NO-CONTACT CHECK IN
The front entry gives way to open air concept that embraces family & friends to experience food, relaxation and seaside atmosphere. The main room has comfortable seating for all, flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen features a professional chef's stove,Brita Filtering Water Putcher, microwave, coffee maker, breakfast/prep counter. Two guest rooms: one twin bed and one full bed; both include flatscreen TVs. The master suite has a walk out sliding door, skylight, queen bed, flat screen TV, casual sitting area. The compact bath features a stand up shower, vanity, amenities and washer & dryer.
Our guests will have the whole house and yard to themselves, with no shared spaces or entrances. Driveway parking for two vehicles or more motorcycles. Front yard is fenced in and the side/back yard is surrounded in privacy fencing and has a gazebo and outdoor shower. We also have a mooring available. Contact us for details.
Sherry or Wayne will greet you, check you in, answer any questions and supply you with local information. We are accessible and able to assist guests with any requests and or immediate issues. If guests choose, we offer brunch, light fare or intimate dinner packages at additional cost. Please email us if interested. We had a lovely time while staying in Wayne and Sherry’s cozy cottage! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Wayne responded to any questions I had right away. Easy ride into Newport where we had a family wedding. We will definitely be reaching out to Wayne and Sherry the next time we come to RI! The Morgan Family

I booked this house for my older brother and 2 cousins for my wedding weekend. They were barely in the house but apparently the owner says they left it messy. They enjoyed the house and location however there is a 10am check out and he seems to have high expectations for guests to clean up immaculately on their vacation, early in the morning.
