Superb

We visited Assenza at the beging of November. Elisabetta ist a great host, she have us good advice which places to visit in surroundings and in Verona. Thanks for borrowing us bicycles :-) for the trips to Malcesine and Torri del Benaco. The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equiped with evrything you need for cooking some dish If you like. The size of apartment was quiet sufficient for a couple, above all clean and well maintained. The stay in Beth' s house i can recommend for everyone who seeks a quiet place for spending a holiday at Lago del Garda.

Perfect apartment!

The apartment was really nice and everything was exactly as it was promised in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, the whole apartment was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We had some great days exploring the area, even off-season and with not the best weather. Elisabetta was a great host, who welcomed us very friendly and gave tips for activities and restaurants! :) We can definitely recommend staying here!

I can recommend this place!

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Kitchen with all necessary equipment, tea and coffee. Two bottles of water ad two bottles of beer were waiting for us in the fridge (for 3 persons) - that was great after long trip! Bathroom nice, clean and warm. The owner, Elisabetta, was waiting for us, although we came late at night. We were in touch all the time. We do appreciate it.

the best apartment so far

I really recommend the place - the first apartment that I can score with 10 and it is not exagerate. The apartment was modern, clean and fully-equipped. And in this case fully-equipped meant that you had not only all the standard things you could expect to find in the apartment but also things like beach umbrella and tent, spare towels, bathrobes, free cold beers and water in the fridge or board games and books for children. The pool was also clean. The neiberhood was quiet. The host, Elisabetta, was nice and friendly and really helpfull. :) Do not hesitate if you can have this apartment for stay at Garda Lake.

Apartamento súper recomendable

Apartamento muy cómodo para dos adultos y un niño. Cocina completa, además del menaje cuenta con sal, azúcar, café,… se agradece muchísimo. También un detalle de bienvenida. Nuestro hijo se ha vuelto loco con el boll de caramelos. Muchas gracias. Desde la cocina sales a un pequeño jardín privado con mesa para comer.

Por decir algo, en la puerta de la cocina vendría bien una mosquitera.

Perfekcja pod każdym względem

Perfekcja. Przed przyjazdem byłem bardzo zadowolony, że udało mi się zarezewować to miejsce, ale rzeczywistość przekroczyłą wszystkie oczekiwania. Wyposażenie mieszkania - top, takiej dbałości i zrozumienia potrzeb gości jeszcze nie spotkałem. Łóżko wygodne, rozkładana kanapa też jak na kanapę świetna, łazienka duża i funkcjonalna. Nawet dbałość o takie detale jak przejściówka do gniazdka, gry planszowe. Czystość - top, wszystko zadbane, czyste i miłe w użytku. Lokalizacja - nad Gardą większość jest blisko jeziora - tutaj plus, że nie było blisko Gardaseny, a jednocześnie blisko do jeziora, w totalnie cichym miejscu. Zresztą mieszkańców w tym budynku za dużo nie było, albo byli bardzo cisi, bo panował totalny spokój i leniwa atmosfera. Wiadomo, że to nie jedno z topowych miejscowości, ale byliśmy nastawieni na wyjazdy autem - Werona, Wenecja, Sirmione, Riva, Malcesine - więc lokalizacja pięknie pasowała. Mieszkanie jest na poziomie 0 więc ma wyjście na otoczony zielenią tarasik z dojściem bezpośrednio do basenu. Basen - tu warto pamiętać o czepku...chociaż i one były na wyposażeniu mieszkania :) Z dziećmi miejscówka sprawdziła się idealnie - ale podejrzewam, że na wyjazd w innej konfiguracji też by było perfekcyjnie.

Brak klimatyzacji z prawdziwego zdarzenia, ale były klimatory z funkcją chłodzenia, więc nie była to duża niedogodność. Plus okiennice od strony tarasu, więc można było ograniczyć nagrzewanie. Detal zupełnie niepływający na całościową ocenę.
